Hello, My name is Fahim Zaman. I am a third year Computer Science Student studying at University of California, Santa Barbara. I'm passionate about frontend web development, but I also enjoy working with backend technologies. I have a robust background in math and physics and I thrive on solving complex problems and excel at crafting intuitive user interfaces and full-stack engineering solutions.
Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at UC Santa Barbara, I focus on data structures, computer architecture, and object-oriented design. I previously earned degrees in Mathematics, Physics, and STEM from Los Angeles Pierce College, supported by advanced coursework in discrete structures, multivariable calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations.
I have worked at Headstarter AI as a Software Engineer Fellow (July – September 2024) in a dynamic role where I collaborated with a team through a rapid, five-week project cycle. We successfully designed and developed a series of production-level applications spanning data-centric sytems to innovative AI tools. My role involved harnessing advanced web technologies and cloud integrations to deliver resilient, user-focused solutions.
